Anthony obtained his Masters in Educational Studies and Special Education at Johns Hopkins University. He served as the Director of Coaching and Teacher Onboarding at The Next Step Public Charter School, where he spearheaded initiatives and programs. His passion for education and innovation extended beyond the classroom, leading him to co-found a successful YouTube channel that grew in tremendous subscribers, securing prestigious awards.

Anthony also serves as the Executive Director of the Greater DC Metro Area for the City Teaching Alliance. His leadership spans across K-12 instruction, coaching, and program management. He has led impactful initiatives in Honduras, DC, and across other areas of the United States, driving gains in student achievement.
