Constantine Fotiadis is an aerospace executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning the commercial aviation and space industries. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Technologies from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate, providing a strong technical foundation for his career in aerospace maintenance, operations, and executive leadership.

Constantine served in leadership roles at United Airlines, most recently as Director of Line Maintenance Planning, where he led enterprise maintenance planning for one of the world’s leading commercial airlines. His expertise includes maintenance planning, operational strategy, workforce optimization, predictive planning, and leading complex organizations in highly regulated, safety-critical environments.

He also served at SpaceX, supporting Merlin rocket propulsion operations and gaining valuable insight into the operational demands of the commercial space industry. This experience broadened his perspective across both aviation and spaceflight, strengthening his understanding of the operational challenges and opportunities shared between the two industries.

Constantine is the Founder and Managing Partner of Prometheus Aerospace Consulting, where he advises aviation and aerospace organizations on operational strategy, maintenance planning, and organizational transformation.

As a member of the Advisory Board of the Space Debris Foundation, Constantine brings a practical operational perspective to advancing sustainable space activities. He is committed to fostering collaboration across industry, academia, and government while supporting practical solutions that promote the long-term sustainability of the orbital environment.
