

Ella Kim
Ella Kim is a second-year student at Cornell University studying Environmental Policy & Governance, while pursuing minors in International Relations and Law & Society. Originally from Seoul and Hong Kong and now based in London, she is a Project Manager at Applied Public Policy Strategies, where she researches FAA regulation, transparency, and civil rights issues in emerging technology. Ella is a staff writer for two law reviews at Cornell, and her work on commercial space governance, "Regulating the Final Frontier: Commercial Space Power and the Limits of Article VI of the Outer Space Treaty," is published in the Phi Alpha Delta Undergraduate Law Review. She has also worked as an Aerospace Engineering Intern at the Hong Kong PolyU Aerodynamics Lab, and aspires to work at the intersection of space sustainability and international law.
