Gabriel obtained a B.A. in International Relations, where he gained extensive study abroad experience in places such as Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Armenia. Upon graduation, he served as a Financial Analyst for Fortis Lux. He also served as a Client Development Associate at CEO Coaching International, where he improved executive leadership and organizational performance.

Gabriel is the primary organizational participant for the initiatives stemming from the Zero Debris Charter, engaging in discussion with the European Space Agency (ESA) on behalf of the Space Debris Foundation. He has served on two policy groups with the ESA (Ex-Ante Decommissioning Finance and Post-Mission Disposal Timelines) since July 2026.

Gabriel also serves as the Russia representative for the organization, establishing relationships with the Russian delegation at the UN, Roscosmos, and commercial space entities.
