Gabriel obtained a B.A. in International Relations, where he gained extensive study abroad experience in places such as Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Armenia. Upon graduation, he served as a Financial Analyst for Fortis Lux. He also served as a Client Development Associate at CEO Coaching International, where he improved executive leadership and organizational performance.​

Gabriel serves as the Russia representative for the organization, establishing relationships with the Russian delegation at the UN, Roscosmos, and commercial space entities.
